Designing Implementing And Improving Process Management

Question: Dicuss about the Designing Implementing And Improving Process Management. Answer: Change management helps an organization to manage the changes that are required for the clients. When a process that the organization follows for a long period is subject to a change, the process to adapt to the new change consumes time and is not easy to implement. The process of change needs to have a positive impact on the organization. The staff those are involved in the change process needs to be alerted so that the function can be carried out smoothly. The change management process helps to develop the skills related to the political, analytical, people, system and business skills (Cameroon and Green 2015). The evaluation of the impacts with respect to the financial and political part will help the organization in carrying out the change smoothly. Hence, the role of change management is very important in an organization as it helps to give a proactive and a reactive response in the internal and external environment of the organization. This management process has helped me in u nderstanding to minimize the resistance, increasing the engagement of the employees in the organization to improve their performance. The innovations that will lead to change in the process will help to reduce the cost of the organization (Hayes 2014). To achieve the targets set by the organization, the ability to persuade the employees is very much important. It will help me in understanding the audience that I will target to persuade them so that the target can be achieved. This helps me in understanding the audience and their socio-economic status, which will help me in meticulously planning the strategies that are required to persuade the workforce. It will enable me to understand the competitive advantages and the management of resources in an efficient manner. The plan that I will be undertaking will consist of an in-depth study of the organization with respect to the operational aspects, the future goals of the company and the opportunities with respect to career (Mootz III 2014). This will help me to persuade my audience in an efficient way so that they feel motivated while working in the company. Communication plays an important role to persuade the audiences by making them understand the benefits of accepting the change t hat will be effective in the organization. During the verbal communication process, certain body postures need to be kept in mind, which will help me to make the audience agree with the proposal. Maintaining a thorough eye contact during the presentation of the idea is essential; as it will help, my audiences understand the proposal in a better way (Petty, Ostrom and Brock 2014). According to Jeston and Nelis (2014), the change management in the organization will be effective if it involves the employees as well. There needs to be a proper planning process to involve the employees as soon as possible so that the change can take immediately in the organization. The team of management plays an important role in supporting the change process. The stakeholders, process owners and the employees forms an integral part in the decision making process regarding any changes bought in the organization as they have to learn through the workshops and implement it in the organization. According to Della Torre and Solari (2013), small groups of employees are made to understand the informations that are important in the management process, which they will in turn make the remaining of the employees, understand. This needs to be done properly so that they can impart the proper knowledge to others. When the process of change is taking place in the organization, we must enable the employees to identify its impact on the organization so that they are comfortable in working with the changes that have taken place. According to me, organizational development helps in applying the tools, methods, frameworks and the processes that help to formulate an organization, which makes it more productive, innovative and the ability to earn more profits (Geparth et al. 2014). It is a recurrent and a systematic process that helps in the positive implementation of the changes that takes place in the organization. The development process in an organization has to be in sync with the goals and the objectives of the company (Fourman and Gaiasoft Ip 2015). Information Communication Technology or ICT is plays an integral part in my life because it has helped me to look at the world, the processes and the activities in a different perspective altogether. It has helped me in improving my efficiency, which are related to various stages that are included in the processes. It has helped me to contribute immensely with the help of emails. Back in my schooldays, the only way to access the study materials were the hard copies of the books and the necessary document, but with the advent of ICT, the entire education system has undergone a change (Hislop, Bosch-Sijtsema and Zimmermann 2013). It has helped me to widen my knowledge as getting the study materials nowadays are very easy and is available easily. The profession that I am in that is an engineer enables me to use ICT on a regular basis, which is related to the manufacturing, production, advertisements, business etc. However, the over use of this medium affects the analytical, cognitive an d the artistic abilities of a person and relies on ICT to solve the basic issues in life (Appel et al. 2014). According to Hislop, Bosch-Sijtsema and Zimmermann (2013), the advantages of ICT are that it helps in solving and detecting crimes with the development of cameras and webcams. It helps to gather informations and is of major help to the students and it can store the informations as well. It makes the process of communication very fast and cost-effective as informations and feedbacks can be transferred via emails. According to Appel et al. (2014) however, there are certain disadvantages as well such as it creates unemployment as automation takes over manual labor, which affects the income and the status of individual in a society. Decisions form an integral part in the life of every individual. it is made by every human on this planet and it sometimes tends to be on the wrong side. To make proper decisions, it requires development over a long period, which some of the great leaders also cannot master. On a personal note, I believe that the individual needs to have a strong objective, but to achieve that objective, the methods that will be involved needs to be flexible. It depends on the importance factor, the involvement of cost and the information that is available (Shepherd and Rudd 2014). One cannot make decisions based on nothing. It has to have some inputs that needs to be gathered, collaborated, classified and organized in a proper manner so that making the decision is easy. Identifying the various factors that are involved in the problem leads to a good decision. On a personal note, if I make any bad decisions, I will always accept the consequences that will come along with that decision. To avoid these decisions in the future, I need to have a proper knowledge on the decision-making abilities, which will help me in avoiding these decisions for the future (Zsambok and Klein 2014). The things that need to be kept in mind by me to prevent wrong decisions are the informations that are insufficient, which will lead to take wrong decisions. It is also that too many informations also lead to wrong decision because too many information leads to conflict. When many people opine their views and their values, it leads to wrong decisions, as too many ideas and views tend to make the decision go wrong. While making the decisions the sentiments of the people needs to be kept aside as it will tend to make the wrong decisions. I have learnt that the change management is necessary in any organization because it helps to achieve more productivity in a cost-effective manner. This helps the organization to set higher targets for its employees. The employees need to understand the changes that have been made in the organization, and give their views regarding the positive and the negative sides of the change processes. Persuasion plays an important part in the decision-making process because it helps the employees who are the target audience to make them understand about the different strategies that the organization is taking up, which will help the company to meet its targets in the future. ICT also plays an important part in the development process as it provides a faster means of communication for the information to reach its receiver so that the individual can give proper feedback and the management can look after it. Decision plays an important role, as it is through this process that the company can achi eve the objectives. It will help me to use these strategies to have a sound working environment in my workplace and prevent from the decisions that will hamper the proceedings in the workplace.
